Payment Policy                               

For confirm bookings at least 30% is required. Booking vouchers can be issued in 1/2/3 days after initial payment, depending on revert from hotel reservation team.

Part of the remaining amount will be paid in two to three instalments post arrival i.e. after start of the trip. Last instalment to completed before one day of trip completion.

This is a general payment policy and may vary from hotel to hotel especially higher 3 star or 4 star hotels.

Cancellation Policy

If anyhow plan is cancelled because of any reason whatsoever then kindly give in written  to the agency as soon as possible.

Such cancellation will attract the following cancellation charges as & of total package cost stated here as under;

Cancellation charges within 1 week from the start date of trip, start date included-100%.

Cancellation charges within 2 weeks of the start date of trip-50%.

Cancellation charges within 3/4weeks/31 days of the start date of trip-30%.

Cancellation charges before 1 month/4 Weeks of trip start date-30% of total package amount will be retained as cancellation charge in any circumstance.
